About MD Trim Clinic
MD Trim Clinic is a physician led medical weight loss practice based in Phoenix, Arizona, operated by Shaw Concepts, LLC. We treat weight as a clinical problem and we treat it the way any other clinical problem gets treated: assessment first, a plan second, and scheduled follow up once treatment begins.
Physician led
Treatment decisions are made by a licensed physician who reviews your history before anything is prescribed. Nothing about your plan is automated and nothing is decided by a sales process.
Screening comes first
Every patient starts with a screening appointment. If medical weight loss is not the right answer for you, we will say so at that appointment rather than after you have committed.
Care that continues
Progress is reviewed on a schedule and the plan is adjusted when it needs to be. You can reach the clinic between appointments with questions about your treatment.
Visiting the clinic
Our clinic is at 322 W Berridge Ln in Phoenix, Arizona. Patient calls are answered Monday through Friday, with extended Tuesday hours available on request. Call ahead and we will tell you what to bring to your first appointment.
